The Diria's Condominiums have some of the best 180 degree ocean views in
all Tamarindo. These custom built units have two, three & four bedroom
units. They all have
ocean views from almost every room. These beautiful condos all have
extensive balconies, with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy
the regions exquisite
sunsets.
These condominiums are located within the Diria Resort
& Hotel-- the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo.
You will have full resort privileges, including access
to the 10,000 SF free form pool with swim-up bar, many
restaurants, and golf, during your stay. Famous Tamarindo beach is only
100 yards away and you are right in town. Hear the waves from your private
balconies!
The ultimate condos are the top floor (6 stories) penthouses, which
contains over 3,500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your
group to spread out and relax. Large living and dining area also include
your very own pool table and private bar overlooking the ocean. Large
plasma TV in Master suites and living areas. There are two bedrooms
downstairs and two upstairs. All bedrooms are very spacious and have their
own private full bathroom. Inside utility room. Maid service is available
six days per week if wanted ($25 per daily visit). Each condo has free
Wifi and cable TV. Each kitchen
features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops and Viking professional
appliances. Each unit is equipped with two in-room safes as well as 24 hour
security, secure parking and elevator access.
There
is always plenty to do in Tamarindo! From its world-class surfing, deep sea
diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours or just shopping and fine
dining. Day trips to a volcano and white water rafting trips are also

In the Diria's original condos, built in 2000, there are also 1 & 2
bedroom units available. The pricing below is the "average cost" for each type of dwelling.
Please remember that all these units are privately owned, so pricing can vary
slightly between individual owners. Typically the higher the floor, the
better the ocean and town views, and therefore the more expensive the
unit. CC Vacation Services will provide you with many differing options
within the Diria Resort, from their original condos (built in 2000) to their newly
created
Matapalo condos, which were just completed last year (2010).
New this year at the Diria Resort is also the option to receive an all inclusive pass to the Diria, for unlimited food and drinks! The choices are abundant and they are all yours.
