There simply isn't a more cost effective way to market your vacation rental property in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. On this page you will find complete information about how to get started and how to create your own property listing. The cost is minimal with a one year listing for one rental starting at $149 USD. You don't have to get very many extra rentals to cover the cost many times over.

CC Vacation Services is run by experienced vacation rental property owners in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. CC Vacations provides the most reliable, inexpensive method for vacation property owners and rental managers to expose privately owned vacation homes, condos, cabins and other privately owned vacation properties to the vacationing public. CC Vacations is the perfect place to find renters for your property and let them know the advantages of renting private vacation homes.

The standard way to pay for all new listings is via credit card, with Paypal. Most of our listed properties are available "Year Round." If you own a fixed-week time-share or other rental property that you want to advertise for a single specific time frame (For example: one single week, or one single month) - then our "Single Time Frame Program" can be used to "target" the renters looking for the specific dates you have available.

*NOTE: Since all listings take the same amount of work to create, the cost to advertise a "Single Time Frame Property" and a "Year Round Property" are the same.

Advertising your property for rent on the internet with CC Vacation Services is the most cost effective way to reach potential travelers.

2. No Programming Experience Required
The CC Vacations web site allows you to create and publish your listing page without learning any web programming. If you already have a personal web site, CC Vacations can include a link to your page at no extra cost, if your personal site meets our linking requirements. Having a listing on our website in addition to your personal web page increases your chances of getting indexed by search engines.

3. NO Setup Fees
Setting up your listing page is included in your annual membership fee.

4. Photos Included
Up to four photos are included in your listing price on listings created after 1/31/08. Optional additional photos can be added for a small fee.

5. Inclusion on the CC Vacation Services Index Page
Your property will be included in the Index page for your geographic location, making it easy for travelers to locate your property.

6. You Set the Prices
You set your own prices for your rental, and if we handle the rental management in addition, then we charge 20% of the specific rental period, for each time we rent your property for you.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Advertising membership with CC Vacation Services is one of the most cost effective forms of advertising available to private vacation property owners in the Tamarindo, Costa Rica region. A one year membership is $149 US per standard listing. This works out to be around $20 per month. If you have three or more properties to advertise, we offer a 25% discount off our standard listing fee (contact us for details). Beginning with your third active listing, the discount is applied to our basic fee. The discounted rate does not apply to additional images.

If you would like us to handle all of your property needs please click on the “management” link above for additional details on what we can offer you in Tamarindo. If we rent your vacation rental for you, our commission is 20% of the vacation renters entire stay.

We accept Paypal, personal checks drawn on US bank accounts, international money orders in US funds or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). A standard listing includes up to four photos for listings created or renewed after 1/31/10.  Posting of any additional photos of your vacation cost $25 US each.

We must charge an additional $25 US fee to offset bank collection fees for payments drawn on a non-US Bank. We recommend payment via credit card (Paypal) for our non-US clients. It's the easiest way to go.
