Detailed Statements
A. If you are interested in having C & C Vacation Services manage your
vacation property, please let us know and we will gladly set up an
appointment. We charge a competitive monthly fee for all our services.
For your peace of mind, you will receive a detailed contract that will
include:
• Our monthly costs
• Handling your bills and expenses
• Paying Costa Rican taxes
• Check in/ Check out procedures
• Fees for maintenance, maids, repairs, etc.
B. Once contracted detailed monthly statements are emailed: they are
itemized and we will provide original receipts for all expense items.
Every client receives a monthly:
• Income and expense ledger
• Progress reports
• Scanned documents (utility bills, contractor invoices, municipal
permits and tax payments, interbank transfers, etc).
Property Inspections/ Maintenance
Regular property inspections ensure that your home is secured and well-maintained.
C & C Vacation Services perform continuous security and maintenance
inspections and our staff consists of only employees whom are the most
trusted in their respective fields. We use only reliable and honest
workers, who charge reasonable fees and take pride in their work by
sharing our family’s commitment to excellence.
Investment Marketing
If you wish, we will gladly meet with you to consider adding your
Tamarindo vacation home to our international marketing campaign. This
service is an additional cost offered to all clients that we manage and
represent. We offer you an opportunity to receive more income on your
investment. Last year there was over 750,000 hits (over 70,000 per month)
on our marketing web sites. The homes we market our also featured on many
other web sites in Costa Rica, Canada, Europe and the United States.
Annually they often receive over 4,000,000 hits. With additional marketing
strategies and technologies now being utilized this year, we are
increasing our reach to even better advertise our vacation homes to even
more potential renters. Our marketing philosophy encompasses the use of
our web sites, advertising on other travel sites, production and
distribution of color photo sheets with detailed descriptions of all
properties, direct mailings and by our local and abroad travel agency
connections. Our marketing offers owners of vacation homes that we manage
an excellent way for exposure, to further meet all of their property
needs.
What does it cost
Initial project assessment varies according to the size and location of
your subdivision, beach resort, or condo development. Feasibility studies
can be tailored to your specific needs. Basic property management with
daily online reports is very affordable, as low as $89 per month for
utility payment service, security and routine maintenance inspections.
Rental management and marketing is always fee-based (no commissions).
Remodeling and construction are offered on fixed price contracts. With C &
C Vacation Services each client and property is treated uniquely and
individually. After initial discussion of your requirements and
objectives, we will visit your site and recommend a cost-effective
management package to maximize return on investment.
