The Corobici River has both class I & II waters, you will leisurely float down this river, making it ideal for spotting monkeys in the tree tops and iguanas on the riverbanks. The Corobici River gets its water from hydroelectric and irrigation releases from Lake Arenal. Making this river one of the cleanest and freshest in the entire country. The Corcobici is a great rafting river for families, children and elderly people, as the class I and II water is smooth and calm. This river usually requires very little paddling. As you float along the water's surface, you can leisurely take in the terrific scenery & wildlife, from both below and above the water.
On
the Corcobici River, you will be traveling
through lowland dry forests. The river is swift, but yet the soft white
water allows for some spectacular wildlife and scenery observation.
Several species of monkey, sloths, iguanas, otters and over 300 types of
birds can all be viewed from this breath-taking river.
On Corcobici River journey you'll enjoy calm waters where you'll be able to appreciate the lush vegetation and bird and animal life. The group will have a picnic lunch on the riverbank, allowing for time to take in the tropical sun and scenery. When your jungle safari adventure comes to an end, you will be returned to your hotel.
